Description

Contribute to new device concepts and process integration schemes for GaN HEMTs manufactured in a 300mm line Coordinate DoEs, tracking of development lots in the production line Collaborate with technical marketing on requirements and specifications Collaborate with wafer fab organization to develop new unit processes Provide technical advice for management decisions A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics or comparable 10+ years of experience in technology development in the semiconductor industry Experience as a project leader and technical lead in previous technology development projects Strong knowledge of power semiconductor process technology and device physics Knowledge in wide bandgap semiconductor technologies is a plus Certification in project management is a plus Knowledge of low/medium voltage power technologies and DC/DC power stages Excellent communication and coordination skills in a multi-cultural, multi-site and cross functional teams Full English proficiency.
