Description

Support the growth of Infineon's patent portfolio by constantly screening ideas for patentability. Responsible for competence building within the development team of IFKM by leading the path to deep device understanding supported by profound knowledge and use of simulation methods. Support GaN production ramp activities on analysis & problem solving on critical technical topics. University degree (master or above) in electrical engineering,microelectronics, physics, chemical engineering or other relevantstudies 15 + years of experience in semiconductor technologies, for example technology development, process integration or fab production A strong background of semiconductors physics, especially GaN HEMT structures and the III-V material system Experience with power device development, characterization and process development/integration Worked in multicultural, high-tech environment project teams before with project management skill set, and led development projects Good expertise in milestone planning and corresponding release procedures A strong analytical mindset with systematic problem-solving techniques A high level of self-motivation, result focus and ability to work under high dynamic situation Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and good team player.
