Establish and lead a high-voltage community to promote the exchange of knowledge and experience including requirement capturing for technologies and products Collaborate with various technologies and interfaces to develop innovative solutions As a Lead Principal for High Voltage Technologies, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or comparable At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the semiconductor industry An aptitude for finding solutions and bringing together a wide variety of people / areas and have sound experience in the field of high-voltage applications at IFX Specialist management experience, e.g. leading task forces or projects in the field of high-voltage insulation Experience in leading cross-functional, cross-cultural teams Ability to drive and implement technical decisions, solve complex problems with the help of your network, actively drive topics and develop and implement new ideas Fluency in German and English Infineon´s Quality Management department acts proactively to satisfy the needs of our customers to increase their success and to ensure 'best in class' product quality.
