The ServiceNow GRC, IRM ,TPRM Lead is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and on-going management of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) ,Third party risk Management ,processes using the ServiceNow platform. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the organization’s risk and compliance requirements are met efficiently and effectively. Mind Set: 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience ServiceNow CIS certification(s) related to GRC and IRM, TPRM modules and any other Expertiese in GRC (Integrated Risk Management) and Third Party Risk management implementation Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CMMC, COBIT, privacy, vendor risk, operational resilience). Experience designing or implementing large-scale enterprise solutions across Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, Business Continuity, or Regulatory Change. Good knowledge in Java script ,GlideAjax, script includes , UI policies, RESTAPI, workflows, email notifications, business rules, reports and gauges, scheduled jobs, background scripts, server and client scripts, access controls, import sets and migration of update sets between different environments of ServiceNow.
