JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Lead, Process Engineering and Operations Transformation - Americas, a highly skilled transformation professional to serve as the Americas (AMS) Lead within our Process and Operations Transformation (POT) team. This role is a senior individual contributor position responsible for driving critical business process improvements across the Americas region, while also supporting global transformation initiatives.
This role requires strong collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. You’ll apply advanced process improvement techniques, automation capabilities, and data insights to modernize operations and deliver measurable outcomes. While not a formal people manager, this position plays a visible leadership role in shaping and executing transformation across Strategic and Growth operations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Extensive knowledge of business process reengineering, value stream mapping, and operational diagnostics
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with process mining and automation platforms (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, Workfusion, Power Automate)
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and change leadership skills across regions and functions
  • Ability to influence without authority and communicate insights to both technical and executive audiences
  • Proficiency in using data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed environments and driving transformation across geographies

Responsibilities
  • Lead regional discovery, mapping, and optimization of end-to-end business processes across the Americas, aligned with HPEFS’ global transformation strategy
  • Serve as the key transformation point-of-contact for AMS-based stakeholders, collaborating closely with global peers, functional leaders, and digital enablement teams
