Position Overview RecruitGo is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lead Processing Specialist to manage incoming leads through the Google Local Service Ads (LSA) platform. This role is responsible for monitoring real-time lead notifications, reviewing and verifying lead information, and accurately routing leads based on established guidelines. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, following documented processes, and maintaining high standards for accuracy and response time. Availability for scheduled morning or afternoon shifts—including some weekend coverage—is required. Responsibilities Monitor incoming leads within the Google Local Service Ads (LSA) platform during assigned morning or afternoon shifts Receive and respond promptly to real-time notifications for new leads Log into the LSA platform to review lead details and call information Use the internal Lead Lookup tool to research phone numbers and verify lead data Process and route leads accurately based on established criteria and workflows Ensure all leads are handled quickly to meet response time and quality standards Track lead status and complete required updates within internal systems Communicate with internal teams regarding issues, questions, or exceptions Maintain consistent coverage during assigned shifts, including weekends Follow documented workflows and provide feedback to help improve processes Qualifications Fluent in spoken and written English Reliable and dependable with strong attendance Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and follow clear, structured processes Comfortable monitoring systems and responding to new leads in real time Basic proficiency with online tools and platforms Availability for scheduled morning or afternoon shifts, including weekends Preferred Qualifications Fluency or familiarity with Spanish Experience with Google platforms, CRMs, or similar tools Customer service experience Why RecruitGo? Work Set up: Remote - Part Time Work Schedule: Two part-time Lead Processing Specialists will share coverage to ensure availability from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 PM–5:00 PM on weekends, working non-overlapping weekday shifts and evenly split weekend hours.
