Team: Football Manager Production
Studio Overview
We are Sports Interactive
The gaming studio behind: Football Manager.
Founded in 1994, Sports Interactive became a wholly owned subsidiary of SEGA Europe in 2006. Based at the Here East technology hub in Stratford, East London, the SI team continues to expand as we bring our titles to an ever-growing audience across an increasing variety of platforms.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Lead Producer to lead delivery efforts across our Systems team and to help shape the technical direction of the studio and ensure our use of Unity and our in-house tools and systems are robust, scalable, and future ready.
In this role, you’ll be working closely with our Technical Director and take ownership of roadmap delivery across a variety of highly specialised teams, spanning tools, backend services, build & test pipelines, graphics, mobile/handheld, and shared frameworks & libraries.
You’ll provide mentorship and direction within the team to ensure consistent production practices, cross-team coordination, and timely, high-quality output. You’ll also be a key voice in longer-term planning conversations, helping define how we evolve to support current and future product needs.
This is a high-impact role in which you’ll balance long-term technical vision with the flexibility to respond to evolving business priorities. Our plans are ambitious and fast-moving, so we’re looking for a proactive team player and strong motivator who can bring clarity, energy, and organisation to a demanding but rewarding environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a senior or lead production role within games or software development.
  • Strong understanding of technical workflows, systems architecture, and development pipelines.
  • Proven track record leading production efforts across multiple teams or departments with experience managing, mentoring, or coaching producers or PM’s.
  • Comfortable working across engineering heavy domains and translating technical plans into actionable, trackable roadmaps.
  • Clear communicator and strong stakeholder manager with the ability to tailor information to developers, producers, and SLT.
  • Highly organised, solutions focused, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
  • Knowledge in agile and waterfall processes, and SCRUM and Kanban methodologies.
