As a Lead Product Analyst, you’ll own the data and analytics strategy for your domain, driving insights that shape the future of our enterprise products. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to solve high-impact, ambiguous problems, and influence product strategy through clear, actionable insights.

YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 6+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally in fast-paced, data-rich environments.
  • Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems in loosely defined problem spaces.
  • Highly independent and self-directed — you know how to set your own priorities and deliver results without needing a detailed brief.
  • Strong SQL skills — you can slice and dice large datasets with ease.
  • Fluent in data storytelling, with excellent communication skills to influence non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and product intuition — you lead with data, think in numbers, and translate analysis into clear, strategic insights that drive product decisions
  • Track record of defining, tracking, and evolving product metrics and KPIs that guide meaningful decisions.
  • Comfortable gathering requirements on the fly and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own data and analytics for your product domain — be the go-to expert for all things data in the Enterprise group.
  • Define and lead the analytics strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business and product goals.
  • Track, define, and improve KPIs, ensuring the team is focused on the right metrics at all times.
  • Generate deep, actionable insights by diving into large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Design and run experiments (including A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
  • Create user-friendly dashboards and self-serve tools that make data accessible and meaningful for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate organically with product managers, engineers, and business partners to align data work with product goals.
  • Work independently to define your own roadmap, gather requirements on the go, and see projects through to execution.
