Job Title: Lead Product Analyst Duties: Analyze a variety of inputs, including stakeholder interviews, user feedback, analytics data, process documentation, and business strategy materials to develop a holistic understanding of digital product needs. Decompose high-level objectives or abstract concepts into detailed, structured business and functional requirements that can be implemented by development teams. Evaluate and reconcile conflicting inputs from various sources to identify the true underlying business needs and user value. Summarize complex information into executive-level insights, providing clarity to senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviors, user journeys, operational workflows, and system-level interactions to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization. Utilize and dashboards to inform requirements and validate hypotheses. Work closely with product managers to define product success metrics and translate strategic goals into executable product stories. Author clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria that articulate both the functional intent and business rationale to cross-functional teams. Collaborate with UX/UI design teams to co-create wireframes, user journey flows, and visual documentation informed by both business needs and user research. Partner with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility, identify trade-offs, and ensure alignment with scalability and maintainability objectives. Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders across product, engineering, business operations, and customer experience to ensure consistent alignment and timely issue resolution. Support sprint planning and backlog refinement activities, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value and delivery readiness. Proactively identify risks related to unclear requirements, evolving business priorities, or technical constraints and work with product managers and stakeholders to mitigate them. Monitor scope changes throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring traceability and transparency across impacted requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including business requirements, change logs, impact assessments, and decision records. Provide mentorship and coaching to junior analysts, supporting their growth in areas such as structured analysis, stakeholder communication, and domain knowledge. Lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, such as workshops, walkthroughs, and documentation sessions, to disseminate best practices across the team. Contribute to the development and evolution of internal frameworks, templates, and analysis standards to drive consistency, quality, and scale in business analysis practices. Requirement: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Management Systems, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields, plus five years of experience in a related occupation. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
