Convert the business expectations(scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements Create Feature list based on the requirements document-Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stakeholders-Writing User Stories-Creation of Wireframe Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to develop the User Interface Screen-Coordination with the stakeholder forgetting sign offs on the user stories, wireframes and Mockups-Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stakeholders-Organizing and leading the knowledge sharing session with the development, testing teams to spread the requirement Prepare and maintain traceability matrix Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction Demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis. Capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk-through with the stakeholder Participate in Bug Triage meetings What are we looking for? Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure Strong customer service orientation Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources Working knowledge of Windows office systems
Responsibilities
