YOUR FUTURE TEAM

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join the AI Design team at Atlassian. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, AI, you’ll work on on AI experiences across all of Atlassian, including Rovo, our flagship AI experience. Our team is primarily based in Australia and the west coast of North America.

• Craft AI experiences for Rovo, our flagship AI product experience
• Collaborate across the Atlassian app portfolio, such as Jira, Confluence, and Loom, on applied AI
• Be the example of designing AI with AI and enable the design organization on harnessing the power of AI for ourselves
• Partner with leadership, stakeholders, cross-functional teams to create a unified view of AI capabilities across Atlassian
• Collaborate with some of the industry’s smartest (and nicest) people. You’ll work with Engineers, Product Managers, Content Designers, Researchers, Marketing Experts, and Analysts to advocate for the user experience in our products and ship high-quality work
