About the Role As the Lead Product Designer at AirOps, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product experience and defining the visual and functional direction of our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, and leadership—to craft intuitive, delightful, and high-impact solutions that solve real problems for our users. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on designer and builder who thrives in high-velocity environments and is passionate about designing world-class products in a fast-growing startup.
