Job Description Get to Know the Team Grab for Business is Grab's corporate solution that helps companies manage transport, food, and related employee expenses across Southeast Asia in one place. You will join the team that designs the end‑to‑end experience for our business customers and their employees. Get to Know the Role As a Senior Product Designer for Grab for Business, you design usable, coherent product experiences across web and mobile. You turn complex business requirements into clear user flows and interfaces for admins, employees, and finance teams. You will report directly to Head of Design and work onsite at Grab One North, Singapore office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Distill broad, conceptual ideas into practical and engaging interfaces.Actively involved in defining product strategy. Identify high-impact opportunities, design features in pursuit of goals, and explain the rationale for your decisions. Advocate for our diverse user base with hard data and in-depth research to help meet their unique needs. Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct behavioral, user requirements, task, conceptual modeling, and usability testing analyses. Create flows, sketches, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts, solicit feedback, and drive alignment across your team and stakeholders. Ensure consistency across all our products & integrations by adhering to our design system standards and updating as needed. Work with engineering, product management, data, marketing, etc., to eliminate inconsistencies. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need A design portfolio (at least 2 completed case studies in English) that showcases your contributions, the impact of your projects, and provides clear context. Highlight your end-to-end workflow, detailing how you move from problem discovery to launch. At least 6 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer in designing complex B2B tech products for both web and mobile interfaces. Good eye for visual design with hands-on experience in user interface design, producing consistent and high-quality work. Ability to define problems, design, validate, and deliver user experiences that solve complex issues. Experience in service design, conducting user research, and translating findings into product features or improvements. Proficiency with current design tools like Figma and ProtoPie, with the ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to stakeholders. Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to accelerate research, artefact creation, prototyping, and UI/UX workflows.
