We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to help guide product direction, raise design quality, and shape new 0 to 1 experiences. This role combines product thinking and hands-on craft with the ability to bring teams together around clear, user-centered solutions. #LI-DNI About The Role As a Lead Product Designer, you will: Partner with PM and Engineering to guide strategic product areas end to end and define long-term user experience goals. Lead 0 to 1 initiatives by bringing clarity to ambiguous problems and exploring new opportunities with the team. Lead product thinking by framing problems, guiding discussions, and helping the team align on the right user-centered approach. Facilitate discovery efforts, including interviews, insight synthesis, and workflow mapping, together with UXR and PM. Simplify complex systems through clear information architecture and interaction design. Support and mentor other designers by sharing knowledge, offering thoughtful feedback, and helping strengthen team practices. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive, high-quality experiences across the product. Requirements 8+ years of experience designing complex systems, platforms, or products with multi-layered workflows. A strong track record of leading product initiatives, shaping direction, and influencing cross-functional strategy. Deep experience partnering with engineering teams and navigating technical constraints. Strong systems thinking and the ability to simplify complex flows delightfully. Hands-on experience with discovery, user research, and synthesizing insights. Outstanding communication skills: you can articulate decisions clearly, create alignment, and influence senior stakeholders. A positive, collaborative approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments, juggle priorities, and drive clarity where there is ambiguity. A high bar for visual and interaction design craft.
