Define & Execute the Design Vision - Spearhead the company’s overall design direction—merging user experience principles with captivating visual design to create cohesive, on-brand products. Build & Maintain a Figma Design System - Develop and continually refine a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring visual consistency and efficient implementation across all product components. Champion Design Best Practices - Establish and uphold UX/UI standards, guiding the core SaaS product’s interface and user flows to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into intuitive designs, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups. Lead User Research & Validation - Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions, leveraging insights to refine both the experience and visual appeal of all features. REQUIREMENTS: THE VALUE YOU WILL BRING! 5+ Years in UX/UI or Product Design: Proven track record in creating and implementing user-centered designs, with at least a few years in a leadership or senior capacity. Portfolio of Strong Visual Design: Demonstrated proficiency in crafting engaging user interfaces and maintaining consistent brand aesthetics. Expert-Level Figma Skills: Experience in building, scaling, and governing a robust design system within Figma. SaaS Environment Experience: Familiarity with designing for SaaS products, especially enterprise or B2B solutions, is highly desirable. COMPENSATION: The salary range estimate for this position is $155,000- $165,000 USD + equity. These numbers are based on our compensation philosophy and US national averages since, as a fully remote company, we do not adjust compensation based on location.
