Description

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our Design Team and contribute to the development of a large-scale audit and inspection platform used by global clients. This role is for a Product Design Leader who likes ownership, complexity, and impact. Someone who can think in systems, guide product direction, work closely with product and engineering, and turn complicated processes into something people can actually use in the field. If you enjoy solving hard problems, designing for real constraints, and building a platform that directly affects how global businesses operate, this is that kind of product. Requirements 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS products Experience designing complex applications with data-heavy interfaces and workflow-driven logic Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders Good understanding of technical constraints, including backend logic, workflows, and system rules Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and Business System Analysts Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems Structured, self-organized approach to work Knowledge of accessibility principles Good level of spoken and written English (At least Upper-Intermediate, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations) Nice-to-Haves Experience in audit, inspection, or compliance-related domains Previous experience mentoring or leading designers Background in enterprise web and mobile products Core Responsibilities Lead client-facing design activities, including requirement clarification, design discussions, and solution alignment Collect, analyze, and synthesize business asks, user needs, and uncover technical constraints Design user-centered solutions for audit and inspection workflows, considering real user goals and operational constraints Own design delivery from discovery and concept to validation and development handoff Work closely with developers and BSA to ensure alignment with system logic, workflows, and technical constraints Support and maintain product design processes, including user research, hypothesis validation, and concept development Assign and review design tasks for designers within the team Contribute to the design system and ensure design consistency across products and platforms Clearly and professionally communicate design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders What we offer Continuous learning and career growth opportunities Professional training and English/Spanish language classes Comprehensive medical insurance Mental health support Specialized benefits program with compensation for fitness activities, hobbies, pet care, and more Flexible working hours (you need to have at least 4 hours overlap with our US client's morning time) Inclusive and supportive culture To learn more about how we collect, process, and store your personal data, please review our Privacy Notice: https://www.trinetix.com/corporate-policies/privacy-notice
