Your New Role:
The Lead, Product Manager – APM | SPM will play a critical role within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) function, focusing on the development, delivery, and optimization of Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Service Portfolio Management (SPM) capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
Based in Atlanta, this role reports to the Manager, Product Management and will be part of a collaborative team of product managers. The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for aligning product visions, following roadmaps, and ensuring the successful implementation of APM and SPM solutions that support enterprise architecture, service delivery, and business capability planning. This role requires a strong product management background, deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, and a business analyst mindset to translate complex business needs into actionable product features.
