Description
About Big Leap Health Big Leap Health is an AI-enabled platform redefining breakthrough behavioral healthcare with our business-in-a-box offering. We partner with clinics across the country who are starting, growing and optimizing their interventional psychiatry practices — combining technology, clinical & operational expertise, and deep payer relationships to make high-quality mental healthcare more accessible. These aren't just treatments; they're gateways to resilience, empathy, hope, and strength. We’re building the infrastructure layer for the next generation of in-person behavioral health — replacing administrative chaos with a connected, data-driven operating system that helps practices focus on what matters: patients. We’ve raised $9M+ from top VCs and angels, have dozens of customers across the country and are rapidly growing. The Role We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the roadmap for the platform that powers our entire business, from patient eligibility and AI workflow automation to billing and outcomes tracking. You’ll translate complex healthcare workflows into elegant, intuitive systems. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, operations, and clinical partners to deliver real value to clinics and patients — fast. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is perfect for a hands-on, execution-minded PM who thrives in ambiguity and wants to help build a category-defining product from the ground up. What You’ll Do Own the platform roadmap by prioritizing and delivering features across our clinic administration operating system including eligibility, revenue cycle and patient management workflows. Translate real-world complexity into clarity: Deeply understand the complex clinic operations and payer constraints that drive interventional psychiatry treatments, then design scalable solutions. Collaborate with engineering, ops, and the CEO to define problems, shape solutions, and ship high-impact releases. Ideate and drive delivery of new AI products & features as we continue to scale our company. About You 5–10 years of product management experience, including as a full-time employee at an early-stage startup (Seed → Series B). Proven track record building or scaling complex, data-driven systems. Experience in healthcare tech, fintech, or workflow automation. Comfort working in a hybrid (NYC) environment with close collaboration across disciplines. You’re both strategic and tactical, equally at home in a roadmap discussion or in Figma/Notion refining UX copy. You thrive on clarity through execution: you’d rather ship and iterate than debate hypotheticals. Passionate about improving how mental healthcare is delivered in the real world. Why Join Us Transform Mental Health in the US: We are at the forefront of democratizing access to breakthrough mental healthcare treatments in this country, and you’ll have a front row seat. Culture of Excellence: Our leadership team has decades of experience at successful VC backed startups with several exits, and we’re devoted to applying lessons learned to transforming mental health treatment for those most in need. Strong Apprenticeship & Coaching: We expect all our early hires to grow into leaders in our company and the industry, and we are committed to helping you get there. Joining the Ground Floor: This is an opportunity to join the next stage of growth for a company that is democratizing access to a rapidly evolving field of healthcare that is transforming mental health across the country. You’ll also enjoy the following benefits: Industry-leading cash compensation for a startup of our stage Generous equity Health, dental, and vision benefits New Macbook + modern software stack (Airtable, Notion, Slack, etc.) $1,000 home office budget $160,000 - $210,000 a year Compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $210,000, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications. At Big Leap Health, we are an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace and candidate experience. We strive to create an environment where everyone has a sense of belonging and purpose, and where we learn from the unique experiences of those around us. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
