Description

Do you want to be part of an organization with ambitious growth plans across Europe?
If so - we are currently looking for a colleague who can drive the core of our major card products across all of our markets.
You will be part of Ikano Bank, where we create possibilities for a better living by providing banking and financial services. We do it with different perspectives, natural curiosity and long-term focus. A unique chance for greater responsibility and future opportunities. Let’s achieve great things together.

ARE YOU THE ONE FOR IKANO?

We are looking for an inspiring and authentic team player with a strategic mindset and a comprehensive understanding of Card, & Processing and schemes from a commercial and operational (compliance, processes, industry initiatives) point of view.

  • You will have a good technical understanding of core banking architecture, common bank processes and retail banking products and payments, gained from a strong analytical background.
  • You will be a customer champion who understands end user problems, customer needs, competitive and market trends in the cards, payments and core banking domain.
  • You can build and maintain an excellent understanding of the competitor landscape and be able to position the Ikano offering in line with our ambition.
  • You will have a strong delivery focus combined with a genuine interest and knowledge of developments in the industry, together with a good understanding of customer and technology in a business context. Ideally, you will have experience from agile ways of working.
  • Great stakeholder, communication and facilitator skills are also a must in this position, and you are fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Previous working experience in a European multi-market, digital context is strongly preferred.
  • You thrive in a team environment and take the lead with Ikano’s values at heart. You are experienced in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Taking ownership and responsibility is important to you, and you lead by example.

We want our customers, partners and co-workers to choose us for what we stand for, what we deliver and how we deliver it. Three basic values guide our work: common sense and simplicity, working together, and daring to be different. These values should feel natural to you.
