QUALIFICATIONS OF THE LEAD PRODUCT MANAGER - CREDIT CARDS:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, and P&L ownership, with a focus on consumer lending.
  • Proven success in driving product growth through pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and product innovation.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience leading digital transformation efforts and enhancing customer experiences across digital platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the strategic direction of the credit card portfolio, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement product strategies that deliver strong financial performance and meaningful value to members.
  • Track and analyze key financial indicators such as revenue, expenses, and net interest margin, making data-driven decisions to meet business goals.
