ABOUT THE TEAM

As our Product Manager, you’ll get to help solve consumer problems, define product roadmaps, craft product vision, and build products to scale to help grow the Digital Signature product line (under the new Digital Identity business line) of Goto Financial. As a Product Manager in, you will work alongside the Business team, Engineering, Designers, BI Analysts, Data Science, Customer Research, Risk and Compliance to help deliver innovative and delightful customer experiences.

• Product Ownership - you will take full ownership of new Digital Signature product portfolio, conceptualizing, planning, building and managing end-user experiences related to the product

• Customer-Centric - be the voice of the user and advocate for customer-first products while moving the needle on high-impact problem spaces
• Data-Driven Approach - drive product decisions using data analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Strategic Roadmaps - define clear, well-scoped product requirements based on user pain points / needs understanding and insights from data backed by strong intuition
• Market Intelligence - stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes through data-driven research.
• Cross-functional collaboration - work in tandem with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure data-backed product launches, while also defining & track success metrics of the product
