We’re looking for a passionate and strategicLead Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, design, and business to help define and build the next generation ofAI-centric content management solutionsfor the financial service industry.
Your Impact
As a Lead Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and delivering innovative, enterprise-grade SaaS products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and industry-leading financial institutions to bring modern, AI-driven content management capabilities to market.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the product vision and define the roadmap for a GenAI-centric enterprise content management solution for the financial service industryin close collaboration with our Product Management team
  • Work in partnership with our AI Product Manager, engineering and other product teams to translate AI innovations intotangible product features for the Financial Service vertical.
  • Conduct deep market and user research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Prioritize and manage features throughout the product lifecycle, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
  • Engage directly with key financial services customers and partners to gather feedback, validate use cases, and foster product adoption.
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Support analyst relations, customer briefings, and strategic communications.
  • Act as aproduct evangelist internally and externally, clearly articulating product value and differentiators.

What You Bring

  • Domain expertise in Financial Services—you understand the regulatory, operational, and customer experience nuances of the industry.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade content management systems
  • 8+ years of experience in technology, with at least2–5 years in product management or ownership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to independentlydrive user research, discovery, and validation.
  • Strong understanding ofSaaS product development and lifecycle methodologies and experience with product metrics andKPI’s relevant to enterprise SaaS
  • Experience with AI and Machine Learning fundamentals,particularly around content intelligence, knowledge extraction, document processing or automation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of working cross-functionally across global teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, ECE) or equivalent experience demonstratingstrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. MBA or advanced degree in Business, Product Strategy, or Analytics is a strong plus.
  • Available for periodic travel for key customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements (5-10%)
