SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong hands-on Product Owner and Product Manager experience.
  • Deep knowledge of agile best practices and proven track record of applying them in consulting organisations/agencies.
  • Experience leading the formulation of product strategy, roadmap, and implementation backlog.
  • Ability to coach and influence client-side PMs/POs.
  • Experience working across the full lifecycle in enterprise or agency contexts, ideally where product/agile practices were being established for the first time.
  • Evidence of using AI in your product role (e.g. in strategy, delivery, or optimisation).
  • A collaborative, forward-thinking attitude — eager to break silos, move things forward, and get products to market.
Responsibilities

As a Lead Product Manager at Futurice, you’ll be working closely with our clients and cross-disciplinary teams to shape product strategy, create roadmaps, and lead delivery through agile best practices.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be deeply involved from discovery through design and implementation, often embedded with a single client team to provide continuity, leadership, and impact. You’ll be in pivotal client-facing positions, strengthening both delivery and long-term relationships.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll:

  • Take a hands-on Product Owner/Manager role, leading strategy, roadmaps, and backlog management.
  • Guide client teams through the full product lifecycle — discovery, design, build, and iteration.
  • Coach client-side PMs and POs, helping them adopt agile and product best practices.
  • Clearly articulate concepts like MVP vs POC vs Pilot vs Iteration — and when to use each.
  • Use AI tools and approaches in practice to enhance decision-making, delivery, and product outcomes.
  • Work in enterprise-scale environments, navigating complexity and multiple stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted partner for clients, often the main day-to-day contact, ensuring alignment and delivery success.
