Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own Growth Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for merchant retention, activation, and engagement across all BukuWarung products * Build Experimentation Culture: Establish A/B testing frameworks, define experiment roadmaps, and drive a culture of data-driven decision making * Drive User Experience Improvements: Identify friction points in merchant journeys and prioritize UX improvements with measurable impact * Define Success Metrics: Establish and own growth KPIs including retention rate, activation rate, and user engagement metrics * Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Data, Marketing, and Business teams to align growth initiatives with company goals * User Research: Understand merchant needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform product decisions Qualifications * 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on growth, retention, or user engagement * Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is strongly preferred * Experience with consumer or SMB products (B2C or B2B2C) in SEA markets * Proven track record of running A/B tests and experiments with measurable business impact * Strong analytical skills — comfortable with cohort analysis, funnel metrics, and data-driven prioritization * Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, internal tools) * Ability to work autonomously — define own roadmap, set priorities, and drive execution with minimal direction * Excellent communication skills — can influence stakeholders and present to leadership * Strong user research skills — comfortable conducting interviews, usability tests, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights * Experience in agile methodologies
