Job Description Get to Know the Team The Local Services team is building an ecosystem where consumers can discover, book, and pay for services such as haircuts, nail treatments, spas, and aesthetics, seamlessly integrated into the Grab experience. This initiative sits at the intersection of multiple Grab domains, Payments, Geo, Ads, and Merchant, and plays a strategic role in Grab's vision to deepen engagement beyond food and transport. Get to Know the Role As the Lead Product Manager for Local Services, you will be the founding PM driving this new product from zero to one. You will define the strategy, shape the roadmap, and oversee the end-to-end experience, from merchant onboarding and credit packages to consumer discovery and checkout flows. You will report to the Senior Product Management Leader, and work fully on-site in our Petaling Jaya office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Build and scale core experiences such as search, category taxonomy, map-based discovery, credit package and discount systems Collaborate cross-functionally with platform teams to design scalable experiences for our consumers, merchants and internal ops Partner with business and ops teams to pilot, learn, and iterate quickly in high-potential markets Define the product strategy and roadmap for Grab Local Services across priority markets Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on local services or similar industries. Enjoy building new businesses from the ground up Combine product sense with structured systems thinking Ability to incorporate feedback and signals from the ground (merchants), and be able to prioritize the backlog to create impact at scale Are excited by opportunities that blend consumer experience, FinTech, and marketplace dynamics Experience launching successful products and driving business growth.
