YOUR ROLE

We are building a new product vertical that will sit at the heart of Midnite: Loyalty & Rewards. This is not an add-on. It will cut across sports, casino, and free-to-play, shaping the player journey end to end. We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to own this vertical, define its strategy, and deliver a market-defining product that showcases Midnite to the world.
You’ll take inspiration from world-class loyalty systems in gaming, entertainment, and consumer apps, and design a layered framework that drives progression, retention, and emotional connection. Beyond loyalty itself, you’ll also lead the evolution of Midnite’s bonus engine and LiveOps platform, the foundational systems that power growth, CRM, and in-product rewards across the business.
This role has a strong platform enablement and back-office focus, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and compliance in how we run and manage rewards. This role works in close collaboration with our user-facing Casino & Loyalty UX teams to ensure that both the player-facing and operational sides of Loyalty & Rewards evolve together.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Define the Vision: Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Loyalty & Rewards vertical across all Midnite verticals.
  • Deliver V1: Ship a compelling, high-profile MVP by April that can power ATL campaigns and set the stage for long-term growth.
  • Evolve the Bonus Engine & LiveOps: Lead the redesign of our rewards and promotions platform, enabling CRM, growth, and loyalty teams to deliver targeted, scalable campaigns.
  • Design for Progression & Retention: Build layered systems including account tiers, challenges, streaks, and rewards that create habit loops and long-term engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and CRM to deliver both platform capabilities and user-facing experiences.
  • Balance Delight & Discipline: Ensure systems are engaging while remaining compliant, fair, and resistant to abuse.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Define success metrics, run A/B tests, and refine features based on behavioural insights.
  • Scale & Evolve: Extend the framework to include features like Midnite Points, reward stores, exclusive content, and seasonal resets.
  • Platform Mindset: Build robust back-office and enablement tools for internal teams, creating the infrastructure to run world-class loyalty and reward operations.
