Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to own both the Made Card and the full homeowner experience – a platform that transforms payments, property insights, maintenance, and trusted services into a single, intelligent ecosystem that helps people save time, money, and stress while reimagining what it means to feel at home.
This is a player-coach role for someone excited to set the product vision while working side by side with engineering, design, and marketing to ship quickly, learn fast, and scale a platform reaching millions of homeowners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Product Vision & Strategy – Work closely with leadership to define the roadmap for Made Card and the full homeownership platform, balancing ambitious goals with rapid execution.
  • Feature Development – Translate homeowner needs and business priorities into clear product requirements for engineering and design.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner closely with engineering (Flutter, React/Next.js, backend), design, and marketing to build and launch products that delight homeowners and scale nationally.
  • Platform Expansion – Integrate services from top lenders and home service providers directly into the Made experience, unlocking new benefits and distribution.
  • Data & Insights – Use analytics, research, and user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize roadmap investments.
  • Execution & Delivery – Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment across teams.
  • Measurement & Impact – Define KPIs and measure the success of product initiatives against business and user outcomes.
