This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of how we structure, package, and deliver value to our members as we continue to scale. You’ll drive the vision for our subscription offerings, ensuring they are flexible, competitive, and aligned with member needs.
You’ll be working across the business with multiple stakeholders to optimise and enhance our subscription experience. This includes defining and refining subscription tiers, benefits, and pricing models while ensuring seamless lifecycle management—from sign-up and upgrades to renewals and cancellations.
