QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership in fast-paced SaaS environments.
  • A track record of building new products from scratch and taking them to market, ideally including monetization and usage growth.
  • Strong B2C and B2B product experience, with a solid grasp of user needs, funnel optimization, and buyer/user dynamics.
  • Demonstrated experience with data tooling, coding environments, or AI-powered products (strongly preferred).
  • Relentlessly curious and data-driven; you use insights to drive strategy and prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Comfortable operating at both 30,000ft and ground level—able to think big while delivering incremental value.
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, able to align teams and rally excitement around a shared vision.
  • Passionate about education, data literacy, and empowering learners of all backgrounds.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and impact-oriented Lead Product Manager to drive our New Learner Experiences portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-visibility product group with a blend of early-stage and established products that redefine how people learn, apply, and validate their data skills:

  • Sandbox: Cutting-edge, secure environments for learners to practice real-world data skills across BI, Cloud, and AI technologies—risk-free.
  • DataLab: An AI-native interface enabling users to explore and analyze data using natural language or code.
  • Certifications: An established product allowing learners to earn industry-recognized credentials in various data and AI roles & technologies.

This is not just a product leadership role—it’s a business-critical one. You’ll be responsible for defining the vision, crafting strategy, shipping new products, and scaling adoption. You’ll own both zero-to-one builds and mature product optimization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a product squad to execute on ambitious goals, delivering high-impact learner experiences across Sandbox, DataLab, and Certifications.
  • Define and evolve the product vision and strategy from problem discovery to monetization.
  • Drive product development, collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and content.
  • Grow our New Learner Experiences to meet the needs of both B2C and B2B audiences, ensuring industry relevance and user value.
  • Leverage user data, market insights, and experiments to make confident decisions and continually refine product direction.
  • Represent the voice of the learner, synthesizing feedback from users, enterprise clients, partners, and internal teams into actionable product plans.
