We are now building the partner deployment and monetisation engine that will power this next phase of growth. Why This Role Is Important This is not a feature PM role. This is a platform-building role. As Lead PM Partner Platform & Ecosystem, you will design and scale the configuration, integration and monetisation layer that enables Spacetalk to deploy its app and services through global telco and enterprise partners. You will own the partner deployment platform — the architecture that powers co-branded app experiences, subscription enablement, billing integration, lifecycle engagement and revenue growth across partner channels. The platform you build will support deployments reaching millions of customers and form the foundation for international expansion. Scope You will own: The partner deployment platform that enables configurable, co-branded app experiences Carrier and enterprise integration architecture including billing, provisioning and identity touchpoints Subscription and entitlement logic across partner deployments Revenue-enabling product levers including in-app upgrades and plan attach Deployment repeatability and templated integration patterns Cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering and Commercial You are building a scalable ecosystem engine — not managing one-off launches. Key Accountabilities Partner Platform Strategy & Roadmap Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the partner deployment platform Define and evolve a scalable, multi-market roadmap Prioritise capabilities that drive revenue impact and retention across partner channels Carrier Integration & Deployment Architecture Define integration approaches for billing, provisioning, identity and lifecycle workflows Design subscription logic, entitlement management and feature configuration frameworks Architect deployment tiers from light-touch co-brand to deep ecosystem integration Ensure deployments remain scalable and avoid bespoke fragmentation Monetisation & Revenue Enablement Own product capabilities that drive: Premium subscription conversion Tiered membership growth In-app upgrades and cross-sell Whole-of-family mobile plan integration Engagement-driven retention Enterprise & Partner Collaboration Act as Product lead in carrier and enterprise integration discussions Translate partner requirements into scalable product capabilities Present roadmap updates and deployment performance to senior stakeholders Support onboarding of new markets and partners Compliance & Platform Integrity Ensure privacy, regulatory and security standards are met across markets Maintain architectural discipline across partner configurations Protect system reliability and deployment quality You are a commercially minded, technically fluent product leader. You think in systems and platforms, not projects. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of architecture, monetisation and enterprise integration. You care about scalable design and repeatable deployment patterns. You can navigate enterprise stakeholders while maintaining product discipline and technical clarity. You want to build something foundational.
