Inputs to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product or enabling platform. Implements the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation, while balancing regulatory requirements, time-to-market, meeting customer needs and product profitability. Controls for the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and as an input to decision making. Monitors metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis. Manages one or more workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making. Monitors product profitability measures, including budget. Participates in operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed. Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Lead the ramp and scale of Storefront Ads across O&O and 3P surfaces, collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and partnerships to deploy ads across display, video, and CTV channels. Drive creative optimization and automation, including the design, iteration, and testing of interactive/shoppable ad formats that maximize engagement and conversions. Champion technical integrations (APIs, payments, ad serving) to support real-time commerce data and synchronized ad experiences. Oversee Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) strategies and creative template frameworks for personalization and efficiency at scale. Build and enhance templated ad offerings to optimize targeting, creative delivery, measurement, and conversion. Define and track KPIs including engagement, ROI, and conversion, applying experimentation and data insights to optimize program results. Partner with internal teams to establish creative, technical, and performance best practices, ensuring consistency across surfaces. Identify new monetization opportunities, feature capabilities, and growth strategies using cutting-edge ad and payment innovations. Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and maintain high consumer and merchant trust. 5+ years of product management experience in digital advertising, retail media, or ecommerce technology. Proven success in scaling advertising programs or platforms across display, video, CTV, and multi-surface environments. Expertise in creative optimization, including interactive and shoppable ad formats, and familiarity with dynamic creative technologies (DCO). Deep understanding of ecommerce, ad tech, APIs, and advertising system integrations (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, ad servers). Experience leading cross-functional, multi-phase initiatives from inception to mass deployment. Strong data orientation with experience in KPI definition, A/B testing, and iteration for performance improvement. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder alignment. Strategic thinker with both creative and technical fluency. Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
