As Lead Product Manager - Risk & Compliance, you will leverage your expertise to shape the future of risk management and compliance products, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize impactful solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define product vision and strategy for risk management and compliance capabilities across Onboarding flows in payment and financial service offerings
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and launching features that proactively address emerging risks and evolving regulatory requirements
• Analyze market, regulatory, and internal data to identify patterns, opportunities, and vulnerabilities, transforming insights into product enhancements
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, legal, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
• Monitor product performance, implement metrics, and iterate solutions based on user feedback and operational results
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing across teams to elevate BILL’s risk and compliance practices
