REQUIREMENTS

The Lead Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product vision and strategy at Serko. As a senior member of the product organisation, you bring a deep understanding of product, business strategy, market dynamics and leadership to guide large-scale product initiatives across multiple streams.
A strong background in the Travel domain or TMC industry combined with a solid understanding of technology products is essential for this position.
This role is open to both Australian and New Zealand candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Serko’s business goals and market trends
  • Identify and validate market opportunities and user needs to develop a holistic product strategy and road map that supports a wider portfolio-level strategy
  • Conduct market research, and competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product roadmap
  • Monitor progress, manage risks and adjust plans as necessary to deliver product on time and within budget
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, providing guidance, coaching and fostering their professional development
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the tea, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
