About the Role You'll own the roadmap for features that directly shape how customers and VIP users interact with our platform—giving you the chance to make a visible, measurable impact on satisfaction and engagement from day one. Responsibilities Roadmap Execution & Product Development Own end-to-end PRD creation for CX/support tooling and VIP-specific features, ensuring each is high-quality, validated, and approved for build Build and manage a rolling roadmap of CX and VIP initiatives Drive on-time delivery of CX and VIP initiatives against agreed timelines, proactively flagging and resolving blockers Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to move approved PRDs from concept to build-ready status Performance Measurement & KPI Ownership Establish baseline CX and VIP funnels and stand up a live KPI dashboard within the first month (CSAT, time to first response, time to resolution, contact rate, VIP retention, VIP NGR, VIP ARPU, VIP engagement, etc.) Own and drive continuous improvement in CSAT Own and drive VIP NGR growth Reduce time to resolution through process and product improvements Sustain and iterate on performance gains through ongoing experimentation, testing, and refinement rather than one-time fixes Market & Strategic Insight Conduct in-depth CX and VIP experience research, uncovering support journey pain points and high-value player needs Translate customer and VIP insights directly into PRDs and product proposals Identify whitespace opportunities to inform the medium-term CX and VIP roadmap Lead implementation of approved PRDs Measure post-launch impact through user engagement analysis, and surface key insights to inform the next iteration cycle Key Competencies Strategic Vision: Develop and drive product strategy aligned with business goals in the real money gaming industry. Market Understanding: Deep understanding of gaming trends, player behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and finance teams to deliver successful products. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis to identify opportunities, measure product performance, and drive informed decision-making. Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to execute product initiatives efficiently and effectively. Experience 6-8 years of experience building and delivering user-centered, engaging experiences across a range of platforms and demonstrated success and impact of your efforts for both users and business, with at least 3-4 years in gaming industry (RMG or Social Gaming). Proven success designing, launching, and optimizing user-centered features that drive engagement and monetization. Deep understanding of game loops, player psychology, and community-driven engagement systems. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and applying insights to product decisions. Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for gaming and creating experiences that connect and inspire players globally. Location: Hybrid in Bangalore, India.
