As a Product Operations, you're expected to play a pivotal role in ensuring the best operational performance of our products and providing a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities will include: Owning a roadmap from end to end, evaluating priorities and assessing ambiguous tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment Translate business and operational needs into high-level backlog items Track and report critical operational business metrics and fix when there are issues Bridge the gap between the Global team and the local team, ensuring we are responding to local needs and regulation Manage critical supplier dependencies to improve the operational healthiness of the products Influence cutting-edge discussions with regulatory bodies We're looking for an experienced Product Operations who has: 4+ years of experience in similar roles Fluent or native Spanish and English Genuine curiosity about a technical ecosystem that supports all of our products. Having been exposed to third party banking integrations is a plus. Overall business acumen. Understanding the unit economics of different financial services products is a plus. Capacity to navigate in ambiguous situations, managing challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
