In Addition, We’ll Expect You To Have

• Strong knowledge of fraud and financial crime risk, as well as the technology needed to mitigate threats in a financial industry context
• Experience in translating complex business problems into clear product strategies, roadmaps, outcomes, and prioritised backlogs
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, technology, and AI-enabled products
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively

About you

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
• At least five years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Specialist, including specific experience with product lifecycles and design processes
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience within the IT, cloud or communications industry would be advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management and prioritisation skills
• The ability to interpret customer requirements and consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills
