Job Description Preparation of product requirements to be transferred to suppliers and related departments based on technical tasks, market benchmark, law requirements, marking, needed product certifications and internal quality requirements; Coordination of execution of technical compliance staff for PPAP, drawings, product changes agreement; Response to violation of requirements, coordination of related departments for decision making and internal activities plan preparation; Monitoring changes in EU legislation and other regions which PB products supplied, transfer these updates to related departments; Searching and negotiation for laboratory testing, definition of test methodology, preparation of testing plan and follow-up; Preparation of list of criteria for incoming inspection based on technical task, law requirements, market claims, internal issues, product changes implementation; Response for third parties requests (Government, customers); Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or relevant technical field; master’s degree preferred; Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949) and problem-solving tools (8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa diagrams); Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, preferably in the components domain; Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies; Ability to work independently and under pressure; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers effectively; Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously; Certification(s) in automotive quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3); English - B2+, Russian - fluent; Additional Information Competitive salaries based on your professional experience; Fast growing international company with stable employment; Annual vacation of 25 working days and 1 additional day off on your birthday; Day off on Municipality day and Carnaval ; Meal Allowance (8 euros per working day) ; Fidelidade Healthcare Plan (Comprehensive health coverage with the option to include your partner and children at discounted rates); Mental Wellbeing Program through the OpenUp platform; AUTODOC corporate discount for purchasing car parts at special rates for personal use; Exclusive retail discounts via our ‘Benefits at Work’ portal; Learning & Development (over 650 courses on soft and hard skills on our e-learning platform); Free English and German language classes (after probation period); Flexible working hours and hybrid work.
