Cherokee Casino Roland is seeking a Lead Production Cook to join our growing kitchens! The Lead Production Cook is responsible for preparing a wide range of food items, including stocks, sauces, gravies, and soups, while ensuring all products meet established standards for quality, presentation, and timeliness.
