You'll ensure proper training, enforce company policies, and maintain strong communication across departments to keep everything running smoothly. What You'll Do: * Lead all personnel and operations during your shift. * Perform package and product changeovers with precision. * Maintain low-cost, high-quality production practices. * Ensure proper use of raw materials and promotional items. * Enforce safety standards and proper PPE usage. * Monitor and maintain quality assurance and GMP compliance. * Communicate frequently with employees to prevent errors and promote teamwork. * Collaborate with other departments and provide daily updates to incoming shift leads and supervisors. * Support coding, recycling, housekeeping, and personal training initiatives.
