Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Chandler MN - Chandler, MN 56122Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob Shift: Any1st Shift and 2nd Shift Job Description The Production Lead is responsible for achieving Monogram Foods' mission by working in any of the production/packaging rooms as directed and complying with all food handling, safety, and regulatory policies. Special duties or assignments may be assigned by the supervisor or manager. QualificationsJob Qualifications: Punctual and good attendance. Good communication, math, reading, and writing skills. Able to complete Quality, Safety training Able to work at a fast pace, repetitive and work in an environment Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce. Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Quality, safety minded, reliable, precise and self-motivated. Production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred Physical Requirements: Skills: Basic math, strong organization, and independent problem-solving. Physical: Ability to stand on concrete, walk/stand 100% of the shift, and lift 50 lbs. Environment: Capable of working alone in ambient temperatures and pushing/pulling up to 400 lbs. Employees must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for employment at Monogram Foods. Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment: Work Environment: Stand on concrete. Ambient temperatures. Work alone. Personal Protective Equipment: Safety shoes as needed. Insulated gloves as needed. Safety knives as needed.
