You'll ensure proper training, enforce company policies, and maintain strong communication across departments to keep everything running smoothly. What You'll Do: The Production Lead Person oversees all shift employees and complies with all safety, quality, quantity and housekeeping standards. They will assure that all personnel are properly trained and follow all policies and procedures set forth by Wis-Pak.
