What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a Lead Professional Services Advisory Consultant, with exceptional Client Management skills, Technology Advisory & Quality Assurance skills and extensive customer-facing experience, to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.
You will be leading, overseeing & delivering technology advisory engagements with both internal collaborators and our customers, driving strategic solutions and ensuring successful outcomes through high-level decision-making and leadership.
In this position, you’ll report to the Senior Director, APAC Services based in Singapore.

You will be responsible for:

  • Spearheading and strategically managing complex engagements, often involving multiple services partners.
  • Overseeing and optimizing engagement governance, timeline, scope, risk, change management, resourcing, reporting, and financials at a program level.
  • Providing thought leadership in aligning Tricentis and customer business objectives, ensuring all deliverables contribute to long-term strategic goals.
  • Contributing to the development of best practices and methodologies for the Professional Services team.
  • Engage with customers to assess their testing maturity and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Conduct workshops and enablement sessions to improve adoption of our methodologies and tools.
  • Work with teams at both tactical (team-level) and strategic (enterprise-level) perspectives.
  • Leading service sales activities alongside account executives and empowering customers and/or partners with advanced knowledge of Tricentis product(s) capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to position upsell opportunities effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for additional licensing based on customer needs and testing maturity roadmap

What we need from you

  • Comprehensive subject matter expertise across the SDLC and testing, with the ability to provide thought leadership in the field
  • Outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with meticulous attention to detail, timelines, and budgets

Basic Qualifications we’re seeking

  • BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience
  • 7+ years in Customer Engagement role, with a focus on leading large-scale, complex projects
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering multi-year, enterprise-level engagements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Project, and Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentations, advanced analytics and reporting, and the ability to influence high-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly master new tools and systems, and to guide others in their adoption
  • Ability to travel (up to 30%)

Preferred additional skills

  • Prior experience with implementing or supporting Tricentis products or Extensive Experience in Quality Assurance Solutions
