Job Description Summary The Lead Program Integrator – Lifecycle is responsible to drive CSO and quality projects initiative and execution. The LPI will ensure necessary technical expertise and resource are allocated to customer escalations and drive quick resolution. In additionally the LPI identify customer experience enhancement and product quality improvement opportunities, drive initiative projects. Actively work with region team and modality engineering cross function team to solve MR customer escalations with a time manner. Provide onsite technical support when necessary. 2. Interface with service team for product feedback and service info communication. 3. Lead CSOs investigation and resolution as engineering representative of assigned region and product. 4. Identify common customer complaints and drive initiative project to enhance customer experience improvement and product quality.
