Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 5+ years in Chief of Staff or strategic leadership roles within Technology for Capital Market

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior leadership in Capital Markets Technology or a related financial services domain.
  • Proven track record in managing executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with KPI development, dashboarding, and planning rhythms
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms, risk models, and structured products is a plus
Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Program Manager to support strategic technology initiatives across the Spread Capital Markets Technology organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Support budget planning, financial tracking, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and manage high-impact presentation materials for executive briefings and leadership meetings.
  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior leadership across technology and business teams.
  • Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables.
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems.
  • Support operational governance activities including control testing, compliance tracking, and audit readiness.
  • Work closely with the Technology Management and peers to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution of strategic priorities.
