ABOUT THE ROLE: The Lead Program Manager role partners with engineering teams, technical designers, and procurement professionals to lead the design and development of new or changing engineering projects and programs using Waterfall methodology. Using extensive knowledge and significant experience with engineering design principles, practices, and methodologies, the incumbent works closely with key stakeholders across the organization, contractors, and project management teams. The incumbent in this role is responsible for planning and supervising technical, operational, and financial activities related to engineering projects and programs. They ensure compliance with contractual commitments and assess the technical and project design teams, as well as evaluate and implement new design strategies and technologies. This role requires excellent technical expertise, project management skills, and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the successful completion of engineering projects and programs and ensuring they have a positive impact on the organization. The Lead Program Manager will serve as Sherwin-Williams’ primary representative and strategic leader for the global migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics. This role will oversee cross-functional coordination, financial management, partner engagement, and program execution to ensure a seamless transition aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
