We’re looking for an amazing Lead Project Analyst, Accounting Lead to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple, multi-functional collaborative projects, while documenting findings, communicating project status updates to upper management, and facilitating resolution or mitigation plans. Actively engage with cross-functional project teams to coordinate design, testing, and implementation. Responsible for documenting policy and procedures and providing support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ship. Continuously analyze existing business processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Manages multiple, multi-functional collaborative workflows/systems (onboard and shoreside), and actively engage with project teams to coordinate design, testing, and implementation of projects with financial impact.
  • Provides recommendations for improvement and actively participates in the design and implementation for accurate financial reporting and processes to address operational needs
  • Scope, risk, and issue management, including documenting, communicating project status updates and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans
  • Document policy and procedures and provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ship.
  • Sox & Internal Controls
  • Design and implementation of onboard and Shoreside department related systems and processes to address operational needs, accurate financial record, and to enhance controls.
  • Provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ships.
  • Maintains all project artifacts. Identifies, delivers and documents organizational, application and human workflows that contribute to policy and procedure updates throughout each project
