We’re looking for an amazing Lead Project Analyst, Accounting Lead to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple, multi-functional collaborative projects, while documenting findings, communicating project status updates to upper management, and facilitating resolution or mitigation plans. Actively engage with cross-functional project teams to coordinate design, testing, and implementation. Responsible for documenting policy and procedures and providing support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ship. Continuously analyze existing business processes. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

This position is responsible for managing all aspects of a project, specifically focused in areas with financial impact. At this level, the individual will be able to lead a project, provide recommendations for improvement, and actively participate in the design and implementation for accurate financial reporting and processes to address operational needs. Design and implementation of onboard and Shoreside department related systems and processes to address operational needs, accurate financial record, and to enhance controls. Provide support and training to operations staff who administer the financial activities onboard the ships.
