The Lead PM will be responsible for driving timelines, managing deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project objectives. . Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Manage concurrent projects, including digital, social, experiential, and influencer campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to develop schedules, timelines, and project plans using tools like Smartsheet's. Coordinate with creative, paid media, earned media, and influencer teams to ensure timely delivery of pitch materials and campaign assets. Support annual planning and scoping, working with senior leads to forecast costs and resource needs. Track influencer contracts, content delivery, and review cycles in collaboration with account leads. Identify project risks and proactively communicate mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders. Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating regular status meetings and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign execution. Continuously improve project workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process enhancements. Qualifications Y T. Bachelor’s or master’s degree. 6 – 8 years of experience in project management. Strong understanding of project lifecycle, stakeholder coordination, and risk management. Experience in influencer marketing & Familiarity with Smartsheet, digital/social campaign workflows Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with healthcare, scoping and budgeting is a plus. Comfortable working Eastern Time hours (7 AM – 4 PM ET / 4 PM – 1 AM IST)
