Partner with the best As Lead Project Management Specialist, you will allocate and execute new projects, to deliver to cost, specification, schedule and quality with respect to an agreed tender/order, identifying potential risks and opportunities arising during execution. In this role you will be responsible for: Attending the hand-over meeting of projects from tendering/sales to execution (organized by tendering) as well as pre-bid meetings for dedicated projects Responsible for issuing Order acknowledgement for dedicated projects as per PS 7236 procedure Organizing project kick-off meeting with internal stakeholders as well as kick-off meeting with the internal Customer Supporting other Project Managers, Project Management organization and project team members. Coordinating activities of respective departments to deliver the project on time and in requested quality Where applicable, PM elaborates regular reporting to the Customer Handling all commercial negotiations (variations to contracted scope, warranty, claims, disputes) Collecting and provide to finance department all evidence for fulfilment of the payment milestones Ensuring that all documents required by the Contract are duly issued to the Customer/Subcontractors/Certification bodies Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or several years of proven experience in PM position 5+ years in Project Management within BH Customer facing environment in Florence experience Communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail Good verbal and written skills, be fluent both in English and Italian Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
