This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment. Lead project delivery from initiation to completion. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams. Define project goals, scope, timelines, and priorities. Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and drive decision-making. Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Manage team workload and ensure efficient resource allocation. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Drive continuous improvement of processes and practices. Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders. Handle conflict resolution and maintain team productivity. Proven experience as a Project Manager / Lead Project Manager. Experience in team leadership and team development. Strong background in project planning and estimations. Experience working closely with stakeholders and customers. Knowledge of issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, ClickUp). Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Confluence, Notion). Understanding of source control system capabilities (e.g., Git). Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
