QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in the field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience in project management, preferably within financial services/crypto, fast-growing technology sector
  • Proven experience managing projects with regulatory or compliance components, especially in the fintech or cryptocurrency sector
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory and operational issues clearly to a diverse audience
Responsibilities

THE ROLE: LEAD, PROJECT MANAGER

Work as part of the core team responsible for launching local operations into prioritized markets as part of the APAC expansion strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, product & engineering, and marketing & communications, to ensure all regulatory licensing and operational requirements are met for a successful market launch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of new market launch go-to-market plan, from initial planning through to post-launch evaluation
  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of licensing / regulatory requirement plan, from initial planning through to post-launch evaluation
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely market entry in each market / licensing requirements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all launch components-product, engineering, operations, compliance, marketing/communications, and support-are synchronized and meet launch deadlines
  • Monitor and track all key milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential obstacles
  • Provide analysis on ad-hoc strategies
